At Ariadné, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
